Product Introduction

Rebar Bending Machine

One of the rebar processing machines. The working mechanism is a horizontal working disc that rotates on a vertical axis, placing the rebar at the dashed position in the figure. The supporting pin is fixed on the machine tool, and the center pin and bending pin are mounted on the working disc. When the disc rotates, it bends the rebar. To bend rebar of various diameters, there are several holes on the working disc for inserting the bending pin, and different diameter center pins can be replaced accordingly.

Product Classification and Principles

Hydraulic Rebar Cutting and Bending Machine

Driven by an electric motor, two sets of plunger-type hydraulic pumps are used, one set pushes the cutting piston; the other set drives the rotating hydraulic cylinder, which rotates the bending working disc.

Gear Type Rebar Bending Machine

The gear type rebar bending machine is powered by a motor with a brake, which drives the working disc to rotate. The left and right insertion seats of the working mechanism can be infinitely adjusted by a handwheel, and can bend rebar of different specifications into shape. The angle control is achieved by the angle pre-selection mechanism and several limit pins of varying lengths. When the rebar is bent to the pre-selected angle, the limit pin touches the travel switch, causing the motor to stop and reverse, returning to the original position, completing the rebar bending process. In addition, the electrical control system also features jog, automatic mode, bidirectional control, instant braking, emergency stop, short circuit protection, and motor overheating protection.

Worm Gear Rebar Bending Machine

The motor power is transmitted through V-belt pulleys, two pairs of straight gears, and worm gears to drive the working disc to rotate. The working disc generally has 9 shaft holes, with the center hole used for inserting the center shaft, and the surrounding 8 holes each having 6 holes for inserting limit pins. To facilitate the movement of the rebar, each working table is also equipped with feeding rollers. During operation, according to the shape of the rebar to be bent, the rebar is placed between the center shaft and the corresponding forming shaft, with the limit pin on the inner side. When the working disc rotates, one end of the rebar is prevented from rotating by the limit pin, while the position of the center shaft remains unchanged, and the forming shaft rotates in an arc around the center shaft, bending the rebar.

Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine

The motor power is transmitted through a double pulley and two pairs of straight gears to reduce speed, causing the eccentric disc to rotate. The eccentric disc drives two connecting rods, each of which is hinged to a rack, allowing the rack to move back and forth along the slideway. The rack also drives the gear to make the working disc rotate back and forth within a certain angle. The working disc has two shaft holes, with the center hole for inserting the center shaft and the other hole for inserting the forming shaft. When the working disc rotates, both the center shaft and the forming shaft rotate, allowing the rebar to be bent into the required stirrup shape.
